Privately run, owner managed Ski Chalet on the French / Italian Border -  Tarantaise Alps - Where exactly?
We can be flexible about days and times of arrival, and also take shorter bookings – Minimum stay length 2 nights.

Le French chalet has 5 bedrooms, 4twins, 1 bedroom - 3 singles, 3 bedrooms en-suite. Two bedrooms share a Bathroom, shower, separate toilet. Additional beds are avialable in three bedrooms on request.

Boot warmers, Wi-Fi, satelite TV, DVD, Stereo.

Can be booked as Self Catered, Catered or Semi - Catered

Any of these options are availble throughout the year.

Walking, canoeing, white water rafting, mountain biking and climbing are all available between May and October (see summer page) or just book - as an ideal place to relax.

Self Catered/Semi-Catered:

For self catered guests we offer to cook some evening meals by arrangement and can also provide you with an arrival shopping service for your convenience.

 Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Microwave, double sink.
Dining area: Extending table seating 14. two balconies
Lounge/snug: Wood burning fire, Wifi, i pod station, TV/DVD player, CD player – small balcony
Bed linen + towels included in price

Shopping: Main shops - Bourg St Maurice and Seez – 7km and 8.5km respectively.
Restaurants/Bars: Le Pre -5mins, Sainte Foy -10mins, Seez, Bourg St Maurice.

Catered:

Quality home cooking:

Breakfast: Cereals, Porridge, Eggs, Toast.

Afternoon: Tea + home baked cake

Evening Meal: pre dinner drinks, 4 course meal, including unlimited quality wine

7 breakfasts, afternoon tea/cakes, evening meals are included in the price.

Teas/coffee always available
Special diets available on request

For Catered guests we can

  1. Pick you up and return to Bourg St Maurice – for guests arriving by train or coach
  2. We can arrange Transfer/returns from/to Airports to Chalet (not included in price) some people choose to hire transport at airport, (ensure you have snow chains)
  3. Days and Times of arrival and departure are flexible - to meet your travel arrangements.
  4. Daily courtesy car to and from Chalet to chair lift Le Pre – access to Les Arcs 2000.

In Chalet child care can be arranged.

Accompanied skiing:

We can ski with you if you wish, introducing you to the best runs/slopes, the best restaurants/vin rouge stops etc.

  1. Lessons and guiding can be arranged including a trip to Italy.
  2. Hiring Arrangements for Boots/skis/boards can be made for with delivery to the chalet.
